Leaderless: Fireworks! Anywhere there is a 4th of July celebration that includes fireworks, any date between whenever they start locally and when they end. The only basic restrictions are that the event has to have been held in the month of July, this year, with fireworks. Fireworks are kind of the point. It would be nice, too, if members could team up, but that’s not required.
