Correct, the effects in Boris can be recreated in Ps pretty much without a whole lot of effort by using paint and blur tools. Not saying it isn’t a wonderful program, but I decided it wasn’t going to be one I used enough to warrant the cost. On further exploration, I found how I could recreate the effects.
