I hit send before I entered text, so I hope this works.
This is an image that I took with my Canon EOS R. I cropped it mostly on the bottom to eliminate some of the unnecessary water area. Then I brought it into Topaz Studio 2 and used an abstract filter. I erased a little of the filter around the Statue of Liberty and desatured the blue and saturated the green.
