R5 and 100-500 help

      I recently bought the R5 and the 100-500 lens and would like thoughts and help on using them. I have watched many videos but would appreciate hearing more from those who also have this camera and lens. In particular, what do you find the best way of setting up to switch between eye focus and any of the other focus choices?

        Eye focus can be activated or deactivated. First press top right back button to set focus area and or face detection. If face detection is selected then eye focus can be selected via info button.

        To change subject to detect you have to go into the AF menu. However for a bit quicker change you could program a few C modes.  Maybe one for people and one for animals.

        You are welcome to come back over for more demo. This week will still be good for Rhododendrons too.
